Services Overview
At Santiam Towing and Recovery, you’ll receive service you can trust. All drivers are Wreckmaster certified. We run state-of-the-art equipment to serve you — three roll bed trucks (one with seating for 7), three wreckers and a 4×4 off road recovery vehicle. We require drug testing on all employees and run back ground checks before employment.
We offer the following services: Insurance, Auto Clubs & Warranty Towing, Flatbed or Wheel lift, 4 x 4 recovery, RV Towing, Inside Storage, Lockouts, Jump starts, and Tire Changes.

Insurance and Warranty Tow
If your insurance company will allow direct billing STR will provide this service at no extra charge. Santiam Towing is a preferred provider for many companies. We will help you with your options and coverage choices.

“On Sunday, 25 April, you towed us to Salem to the VW dealer. For that we thank you! We also thank you for your calm and kind manner. We spent Sunday night in the motel. Monday morning we were told that the parts we needed would arrive at 3 PM and our camper would be ready late afternoon. However, the wrong part arrived. “I wanted to thank your roadside assistance response crew and especially Bill C. of STR for their wonderfully caring and competent service! This spring my car broke down on I-5. Fortunately I was able to pull over to the side of the road, but I have to admit I was nervous as the cars whizzed past on that rainy, windy day. The operator was so calm and helpful, advising me to stay sage inside my car while I waited for a tow. Bill C arrived exactly when the operator had told me to expect him. His calm, friendly and caring attitude helped me to be comfortable. Bill even took the extra effort to say “Hi” to my dog and be gentle moving my car onto his truck since my nervous dos was still in it.
